Shipping + Returns
Our return policy is as follows:
Custom and Digital Designs: These are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or refunded after payment.
Damaged Items: Non-custom items that arrive damaged may be exchanged for the same item. Petal Foundry will cover return shipping costs.
Breakage Within 72 Hours of Delivery: We will exchange the item and cover return shipping if it breaks within this timeframe.
Final Sale: All other sales are final. However, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and respect for the maker's integrity.
