Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Custom orders require full payment upfront to begin production.
Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States.

All orders are shipped via PirateShip, with tracking provided once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Petal Foundry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy

Custom and Digital Designs: These items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or refunded after payment.

Damaged Items: Non-custom items that arrive damaged may be exchanged for the same item. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Breakage Within 72 Hours: If an item breaks within 72 hours of delivery, we will replace it and cover return shipping.

Final Sale: All other sales are final. However, we review concerns on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
Custom Orders

Custom orders are finalized after customer approval of the design and payment.
